Returns & Refund

Delivery conditions and delays MAXITANI only accepts orders carried out over the web site www.maxitani.com. The items will be delivered at the indicated shipping fee. All orders are sent by Swiss Post (working days Monday–Friday). Shipments to customers living outside of Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are to pay by the recipient. The delivery times depend on the postal service, the delivery address; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.

The package is sent out from Switzerland. Orders placed outside of Switzerland may incur additional VAT and custom fees which the purchaser will be required to pay. The costs incurred vary widely from country to country, please check with your local Customs authority for more information.

Prices and Payment Prices do not include Value-Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in Swiss Francs. A delivery will only occur due to payment by credit card and bank deposit.

Returns All articles will be controlled by MAXITANI. Returns of purchased items should be sent back within 10 days, including all packaging and without any traces of use. The customer has to pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges. The items can be sent to the following address:

The return of goods will be rejected, if - there are traces of use - the product are damaged due to transportation

If the item gets lost during the return shipping, MAXITANI will not refund the amount. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. The recipient bares the full costs of a possible return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
